ONE MILLION CAT PROJECT

THE PROJECT

One Million Cat Project is a community project for collecting and displaying cat sightings. By using the application, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

USER SUBMISSIONS

You are responsible for the information and photographs you submit. Only submit content that you have the right to share and that does not reveal private or sensitive information.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Do not use the application to submit illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.

MODERATION

The project may review, hide, edit, or remove submissions that are inaccurate, inappropriate, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the project.

ACCURACY

Cat sightings are community-submitted information and may contain mistakes. The project does not guarantee that every sighting, location, date, or other submitted detail is accurate.

AVAILABILITY

The application may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. Features and services may be modified as the project develops.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The project interface, branding, and original project materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it for use by the project.

CHANGES

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
